Roma, 2 mag – La Corte Europea dei Diritti Umani ha infatti stabilito che l’Atleta di Fano, statua bronzea attribuita a Lisippo, appartiene al “patrimonio culturale italiano” e che nell’acquistarla la Fondazione Getty – creata dal magnate del petrolio John Paul Getty per ammassare preziose opere d’arte provenienti da tutto il mondo – si è comportata scorrettamente perchè sapeva che l’Italia (già dal 1977), stava cercando di riportarla in patria.
