Firstly by giving them a 'boutique' experience via a members only website (http://www.tendredeal.co.uk) where once signed up they have exclusive access to 'chic' brands at affordable prices (with regular exclusive sales events with discounts up to 70% off). Secondly by giving parents information on the brands and establishing the dialogue with them via a blog written by Alexandra. All of the brands showcased are offered in small quantities, for a limited period of time, so parents get very personal boutique experience, with the added benefits of the big discounts.
