DK Telekommunikation ApS, which on 28 February 2018 announced the offer document concerning its voluntary takeover offer for TDC A/S, today announces that the European Commission has approved DK Telekommunikation's acquisition of control over TDC following which all regulatory approvals upon which the Offer was conditioned have now been obtained.
