Daniel Libeskind Showcases Signature Style With Zlota 44, Warsaw
Polish-born architect Daniel Libeskind is in the spotlight once more with the international launch of arguably his most high-profile project to date. The iconic tower in Warsaw brings his signature style to the skyline of the Polish capital. Mr Libeskind was entrusted with the task of designing Poland's new landmark structure due to his deep Polish roots and mastery of design. US-based real estate investment manager and Polish developer are now responsible for completing the 192 metre (629 ft.) high, 52-storey tower.
The joint Polish-American architect, who also holds Israeli citizenship, is well-known in Israel for his acclaimed work on such buildings as the Pyramid Tower in Jerusalem , the Jewish Museum in Berlin and The Wohl Centre in Ramat-Gan. is the first project that Mr Libeskind has designed in Central and Eastern Europe , which has added a new layer of dramatic architecture to the Warsaw cityscape.

I wanted to capture both the Warsaw of the past and the future in one specific shape, as well as give a sense of the freedom and affirmation of everyday life today. More than anything, I was inspired by the identity and the potential of this amazing city."
