According to the notification Telenor Finland Holding Oy owns 71,491,281 shares after the transaction on 21 August 2019 representing 54.04 per cent of DNA Plc's shares and voting rights. Thus, the holding exceeded the 50 per cent flagging threshold.

DNA Plc has one series of shares, and each share entitles to one vote. The total number of shares is 132,303,500.
