The voting period for the Written Procedure expired today, 28 March 2018, at 12.00 CET.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB (the "Agent"), acting in its capacity as agent for the holders of the Notes (the "Noteholders") under the terms and conditions of the Notes (the "Terms and Conditions"), has confirmed that as of the expiry of the voting period, a sufficient number of votes was received in order to form a quorum, and that the requisite majority of 80% of votes received were in favour of the Request.

The majority in favour of the Request amounted to 92.22% of those voting.

The amendments to the Terms and Conditions will become effective once the conditions set out under " " in the notice of Written Procedure are met and the Agent will notify the Noteholders once such conditions are met.
