Refinancing of Senior Debt Facilities

The Board of Directors approved this release of unaudited financial statements for the 9-month period ending 31 March 2024 (that are attached to this press release) as well as key business trends and unaudited financial information as of end of May 2024 at its meeting held on 15 July 2024.
