Amman, (informazione.it - comunicati stampa - società) Prominent Italian artist Andrea Ampelio Meli has urged women in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region to unleash their capabilities of not just being homemakers but business leaders.
Andrea Ampelio Meli said that women today in the MENA region have made a place for themselves not only on boards of multinational companies and non-governmental organizations and are increasingly emerging as philanthropists and role models who are capable of bringing in the social and mental change needed in the mind sets of people who have been underestimating their capabilities for centuries.
“Women in the MENA region have lived under the shadows of their male counterparts or guardians for several years and are now finally getting the voice that they always needed to express themselves and show the world their capabilities of not just being homemakers but business partners to,” he said.
Andrea Ampelio Meli spoke during a ‘Women Empowerment and Leadership’ conference held in Jordan in late November.
During the conference, Andrea Ampelio Meli gave a speech on how to improve self confidence, personal communication and entrepreneurship skills. His speech also included how to preserve local identity, in maximum respect of cultural and religious tradition, with a view to become a global trustable business partner.
“In a historical context in fibrillation and in a geographic area in the eye of the storm socio-political world is of fundamental importance to send the correct messages explicit and subliminal to their stakeholders in order to allow mutual growth and fully sustainable,” he said.
Born in Noceto (PR) Italy in November 1966, Andrea Ampelio Meli is considered the Swan of Luxury. Since 1985 when he began his artistic life experiencing different fields, he has graced many exhibitions in some of the most prestigious galleries in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
