Press Cartoon Europe 2016 Registration Open
The PCE has allocated a grand prize of € 5,000 in cash. A second runner up will receive € 2,000, the third one € 1,000. The PCE 2016 will only judge cartoons published in 2015. Artists can submit a maximum of 3 cartoons before 1 January 2016 via http://www.presscartoon.com/submission
Only cartoons submitted via this site will be considered.
The previous seven editions have successively seen the first prize being scooped by cartoonists hailing from Sweden (Riber, 2009), Germany ( Burkhard Mohr , 2010), Belgium (Karl, 2011), he Netherlands (Jos Collignon 2012), France ( Michel Cambon , 2013), Portugal ( Rodrigo de Matos , 2014) and America ( Kevin Kallaugher , 2015).
