Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of May 4 , 2018

Details concerning the availability of information on the Shareholders' Meeting

The Orange combined ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting will be held on Friday May 4 2018 at 4:00 pm, at the Maison de la Mutualité, 24 rue Saint-Victor, 75005 Paris.

The meeting notices were published in the February 28 and April 6 2018 issues of the French .

All documents and information specified in article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code concerning the shareholders' meeting can be viewed on the company's website at: www.orange.com/2018gm. In addition, shareholders can request by mail or telephone any of these documents or information.

Shareholders can also consult the documentation mentioned in article R. 225-89 of the French Commercial code at the company's headquarters in the legal department.
