Once again this year, Elitron will exhibit in Milan at Viscom 2014: the dedicated visual communication exhibition, from 16th to 18th October. A great opportunity to see the newest, innovative Kombo SD system in action. The multi-tool cutting head, equipped with the new 3Kw electro-spindle milling module, for power, precision and unprecedented flexibility. A die-less finishing performance system: cuts production times and reduces costs, with minimum operator intervention. The high-tech Kombo TH will also be in the spotlight: the SuperPlotter for the visual communication and packaging sectors. Elitron is the only producer offering SuperPlotters with two independent gantries and two multi-tool cutting heads, which work independently on the same working area. Both these systems are equipped with Seeker SystemTM and the Videoprojection system for graphics materials. These technologies dramatically reduce set-up times and increase working speeds. The first has a dual camera system which reads the sheet position, and recognizes printed images, detects the reference point position and automatically loads the cutting files. The second is a powerful, high-resolution Videoprojection system, perfect for rapid prototyping and making use of otherwise leftover materials. It clearly projects the shapes to be cut onto the sheets and with a simple click the operator is able to nest the shapes anywhere, in order to optimize materials and maximize yield. Integrated systems and not just single products: the Elitron winning formula. Don’t miss the Intelligent Loading System, Heleva, which received the prestigious EDP Blue Label in Monaco. Synonymous of quality and high performance, Heleva will continue to capture attention at Viscom. The brainchild of Elitron’s RFA (Researching Full Automation) division, can not only receive loading orders from the printer, but can also communicate materials ready to be printed directly to the printer. High technology, compatible with every printer available on the market for two-way communication and complete automation. Come and see Elitron Stand: Stand G12/F19, Hall1 See more at: www.elitron.com
