BRUNCH & GIN in FRANCIACORTA - BRESCIA

A museum, a brunch venue and an evening cocktail bar. This is ANIMA (soul). Opened a few months ago, the restaurant immediately became famous for its furnishings and location. It was in fact the workshop of a famous sculptor from Franciacorta. Discovered by Segafredo it was awarded as the best coffee shop in Brescia.

His Gambrinus coffee is now a legend in Franciacorta. Alongside the coffee, there are also the fabulous ANIMA brioches. An all-Italian taste.The brioches are filled at the moment and prepared in the local pastry shop. It is also possible to buy them to take away. Once inside the room you will notice the furniture made by the master sculptor and some of his works for free.

If you prefer to go in the evening, the place becomes a lounge bar with a selection of Gins and exclusive cocktails. It is also possible to have dinner! A place of culture, peace, music and harmony that accompany wine, drinks and food.It also organizes many events in collaboration with local associations.

If you are in Brescia, Bergamo or Franciacorta this is a place not to be missed. But beware it is open from Wednesday to Sunday. It is in Rovato (BS) via Porcellaga 8.
