Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings given to them in the terms and conditions and/or the final terms of each Series.

TDC A/S herby announces that the Notes relating to each Series have been downgraded (the " ") since 4 May 2018 as follows:

TDC A/S hereby announces that following the occurrence of a Step Up Event with respect to each Series, the interest rate applicable to the Notes with effect from the effective date stated in the table below (the " ") shall be the Rate of Interest plus the Step Up Margin per annum (the " "), as further outlined below:

The Rate Adjustment shall apply in respect of each Interest Period commencing on or after the Effective Date until the date on which either a further rate adjustment becomes effective or the relevant Notes cease to bear interest, as the case may be.
