GLMRR°© works under the assumption that stylish and titillating (semi-)nude photography is still very much in vogue, in spite of dwindling sales of the print media which used to be the prime carriers of such lovely content. Through 21 century distribution and an innovative financial structure GLMRR hopes to rekindle the genre.
GLMRR's Jan Heemskerk , former editor in chief of FHM Holland and Dutch Playboy: "We try to add to, and support the effort of those two favorite magazines and beloved former employers of mine: Playboy and FHM magazine. Hopefully, our approach will revive the public's interest in the beautiful tradition of glamour photography they have established".
Aspiring models can voice their preference out of three kinds of photo shoots: lingerie/bikini, teasing topless and stylish nudity. Their choice will be represented on their personal profile page.
On the profile page, visitors/sponsors can click a donation button and contribute to the realization of the shoot. If the amount needed is reached within an established time frame, the shoot will go ahead and - in time - will be distributed digitally to all sponsors. If the amount is not reached within the time limit, all sponsors get their money back.
To ensure the highest quality standards, GLMRR°© is supported by well known and renowned Dutch and Flemish photographers, such as Carli Hermès, René de Haan, Cooper Seykens, Patrick Kaas , Jaap Vliegenthart , and Frank de Mulder .
