Accounting day of the proprietary rights of the shareholders of Grigeo AB (GRG1L, LT0000102030, hereinafter – the Company) is 13 May, 2019. The proprietary rights (right to receive dividend) will be held by persons who, at the close of the tenth working day after the General Meeting of Shareholders which adopted the appropriate decision, i.e. on 13 May, 2019, will be the shareholders of the Company. Proceeding from the above, the ex-date is 10 May, 2019. From that date the new owner of the shares, which were acquired on stock exchange with settlement cycle of T+2, is not entitled to dividends for the year 2018. Grigeo AB will pay dividend 0.06 euros per share starting from 23 May, 2019.

From 23 May 2019 the dividends are paid out in the following order:
