MOBYLIFE HOLDING A/S TO HOLD DISCUSSIONS WITH NOTEHOLDERS ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO CAPITAL STRUCTURE

Copenhagen, 09 February 2018

Mobylife Holding A/S (the "Issuer") hereby informs the holders of its senior secured notes (ISIN SE0005936382) (the "Notes") that it is currently considering options for a potential amendment to the Issuer's capital structure. The options being considered would if implemented require the approval of the Noteholders.

In connection with this proposal, the Issuer intends to conduct discussions with its Noteholders, on confidential terms, in order to try to achieve a mutually acceptable structure and to obtain support for whichever structure is decided upon.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB (the "Agent") acts for and on behalf of the Noteholders in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes. In order to facilitate discussions between Noteholders and the Issuer, any Noteholders wishing to participate in discussions with the Issuer as part of an ad hoc creditor committee should contact the Agent by close of business on Tuesday, 13 February 2018. The Agent's announcement is attached hereto.

Noteholders should be aware that some of the information provided by the Issuer during any discussions may be considered to be inside information and accordingly Noteholders participating in any ad hoc creditor committee would be required to become insiders.

To the holders of the up to SEK 450,000,000 senior secured notes due 2018 with ISIN SE0005936382 (the "Notes") issued by Mobylife Holding A/S (the "Issuer") on 23 May 2014.

Reference is made to the announcement made by the Issuer on 9 February 2018 relating to its intention to hold discussions with Noteholders in connection with potential amendments to its capital structure.
