Nominee to the Supervisory Board of AB Grigeo

AB Grigeo (hereinafter - the Company) has received a proposal from a shareholder of the Company Irena Ona Mišeikienė, who holds shares of the Company carrying more than 1/20 of all the votes, with a  nominee to the  Supervisory Board of the Company. The shareholder of the Company Irena Ona Mišeikienė proposes to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, which will be held on 26 April 2019 to elect Vilius Oškeliūnas to the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Information about the proposed candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company:

Vilius Oškeliūnas (born in 1984) is the Director and member of the Board of UAB „Atelier Investment Management“, wealth manager and financier of UAB “Gerovės valdymas”, chairman of the Board of  Ars Lab Limited, IE, true member of KŪB „Gerovės partneriai“ and member of the Supervisory Board of AB Grigeo. Vilius Oškeliūnas has a Master's degree in economics from Vilnius University.

The proposed candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company has no employment relationship with the Company, there are no potential conflicts of interest.
