i'm Watch at Droidcon 2013: New Scenarios to Develop App for Smartwatches

The countdown has started for the sixth annual edition of Droidcon, one of the leading international events dedicated to developers, designers, manufacturers and companies working on the Android platform. The engineer and development team of i'm Watch will be speaking at the event on 24th October addressing new scenarios concerning the development of applications for the i'm Watch platform. The i'm Watch team created the first smartwatch, and has been invited to lead the conference on new smatwatch app development. Following this event, there will be a two day event called Hackathon, during which participants will be able to use the technologies made available by sponsors (i'm Watch, Epson etc) to create prototypes of applications and services.

Sébastien Borget, COO and Co-Founder at the Pixowl mobile game studio, will also take part in the conference. He will present the porting experience of one of their lead games, Doodle Grub (http://www.doodlegrub.com), a new twist on the classic snake game, with cartoon graphics and accelerometer based controls, to i'm Watch. 
The game Doodle Grub is already available on Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows Phone and Facebook - with more than 8 million players.
