ICFLIX at Dubai's Third Comic Con

The globally renowned Comic Con concept originated in 1970 in San Diego and has grown with similar events now being held across the globe.  The MEFCC has quickly become the biggest popular culture festival in the Middle East showcasing Film, TV, Sci-Fi, Animation, Comics, Collectibles and more since it's inception two years ago, and is expecting as many as 30,000 visitors in 2014.

ICFLIX will be demonstrating their service, holding competitions and interacting with fans at their stand, which will be next to the Meet the Stars area. Participants can purchase a picture and an autograph from some exciting names in the industry, like Seth Green of Austin Powers and Family Guy or Sylvester McCoy of Dr. Who and The Hobbit fame. Also joining are the action packed Michael Jai White & Tony Jaa; two martial artists with scores of movies under their belts and set to star in the upcoming Fast & the Furious franchise.

For the first time, ICFLIX will also be selling prepaid cards that give users access to their streaming site without having to use an electronic form of payment online. At $7.99 (approximately 29 AED) per month, the streaming service provides reasonably priced access to unlimited entertainment that can be viewed from over 400 internet-connected devices to date, including smart TVs, smart phones, tablets and computers.

ICFLIX will also be holding competitions connected to events at the event throughout the three days to give fans a chance to win a range of excit8ing prizes.
