DK Telekommunikation ApS, which on 28 February 2018 announced the offer document concerning its voluntary takeover offer for TDC A/S, today announces that the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the indirect acquisition of a qualified interest in TDC Reinsurance A/S, that will follow from a completion of the takeover offer.
