A bar but also a museum is this SOUL, a location located in the heart of Franciacorta in Rovato (via Porcellaga 8). 

Workshop of the Rovato artist Aldo Caratti, who passed away in 1998, ANIMA prepares breakfasts, brunches, lunches, aperitifs and dinners.

Inside the three rooms the works of the famous Franciacorta artist are exhibited. The laboratory room, the living room, the private room are flanked by the splendid garden.

Avocado toast, pizza, hamburgers, hams, salami, Franciacorta wines, champagne and creative drinks conclude the culinary proposal together with pastry cakes.
