A mantra is a kind of prayer or poem that is usually recited during meditation or other sacred ceremonies. Yasamota tattoos Sak Yant designs and mantras that protect and bring happiness and prosperity. At the request of his relatives, Yasamota fulfilled the last wish of a deceased father: tattooing a special mantra on his chest. The registration and publication of the mantra's application was done with the family's consent. While placing the mantra, attention was paid to the associated rituals as a gesture of respect to the deceased.

The history of Yasamota starts in 1987 in Ayuttaya, the spiritual capital of Thailand . Here, a young man with a spiritual background visits markets and other public places and gets in touch with the authentic traditional customs and sacred spiritual tattoos. For two decades he studies the protective rituals and spells that have been passed on from generation to generation. He is the first person outside of Thailand to receive the blessing and permission from the Thai temple to write and tattoo Sak Yant tattoos in secret Khom script.

From the Netherlands , Thailand and Spain , Yasamota works for the benefit of realising his greatest passion: creating protective mantra tattoo designs and tattooing them on the bodies of those who want an entirely unique and purely personal tattoo. At his customers' request, Yasamota flies frequently from job to job. Selecting and placing a protective tattoo is done in peace, serenity and 100% privacy. A session is always concluded with a blessing and the corresponding rituals. A protective tattoo is not just a tattoo. It is mythical and the mantras are written in a mix of ancient Khom scripture, Chinese seal script and protective symbols.
