The City of Lights turns the spotlight on KOMBO SD

Monte Urano, 14/11/2014 (informazione.it - comunicati stampa - fiere ed eventi) The newest, innovative Kombo SD system will be on display, ready to impress with its powerful die-less finishing performance, faster and more productive, cutting production times and reducing costs, whilst minimizing operator intervention. Resulting from Elitron’s technological innovation, the system has milling and cutting heads on the same gantry, on independent axes, which guarantee precision and maximum flexibility, to cut and mill the widest range of materials using a liquid cooling system. The new 3 Kw milling tool will be demonstrating the automatic tool change feature for 4 milling bits.
The entire Elitron Kombo line is equipped with Seeker SystemTM, the vision system for printed material processing, an exclusive Elitron patent, and with Videoprojection, a high-resolution system, perfect for rapid prototyping and making use of otherwise leftover materials. It clearly projects the shapes to be cut onto the sheet/s and with a simple click the operator is able to nest shapes anywhere, in order to optimize materials for maximize yield.
At the show Elitron will demonstrate the latest version of the innovative CAD software Elipack, for display, packaging and cardboard projects. A vast selection of parametric libraries for boxes, exhibits and displays: a user friendly application that fully meets the requirements in the cardboard and packaging market today.
