Frost & Sullivan Commends Fortinet for its Top Ranking in the Managed Security Service Platform Market by Leveraging the FortiGate Product Line

Fortinet's FortiGate is well suited to the needs of MSSPs because of its rich set of features. In addition to state-of-the-art firewall functionality, the FortiGate platform has intrusion prevention, antimalware, application control, Web filtering, and advanced threat protection tools.

A higher number of vendors for the MSSP translate to higher staffing for the same number of customers and same revenue. By delivering fewer platforms, FortiGate reduces MSSPs' operational expenditures.

"It offers free training to MSSP personnel to reduce the upfront cost burden of the Fortinet security tools."
