The UK has an incredibly rich and vibrant event landscape with an amazing sporting, music and theatre scene and we are looking forward to bringing UK fans our customer centric approach that has made us not only the largest ticket marketplace in the US but also the best at serving fans.

StubHub, which launched in the US in 2000, consistently holds the highest  customer satisfaction ratings in the entire ticketing industry, and boasts one of the highest scores in all of e-commerce.Every purchase made through the site is backed by StubHub'sFanProtect™ Guarantee which guards against fraud and ensures that buyers get what they pay for. The guarantee also applies to sellers who are paid once receipt of the tickets has been confirmed.

The StubHubFan ™ Guarantee also means that that fans will receive their tickets in time for the event and they will be valid for entry. In the unlikely event, fans have an issue with their tickets,StubHub will find comparable or better tickets to the event, or offer fans a refund. In addition, if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, fans will receive a full refund.

The StubHub site features interactive seat mapsthat help fans find exactly the seats they want so. It also offers ticket listing tools that make it easy for sellers to upload tickets quickly and easily

StubHub will be offering a full suite of mobile applications, and also opening the first-ever central London retail outlet for fans to buy, pick up or drop off their tickets. The first hub will open in Summer 2012 on Great Portland Street, and additional pop-up locations are planned to be across the country. These will be conveniently located close to major venues, meaning fans will never have to worry about getting in at the last minute.

The company has also opened a UK-based call centre opened from 09:00 - 21:00, seven days a week, to handle any and all customer queries.
