Spartoo.com Appoints Antoine Metzger as Independent Director on the Board of Directors

This nomination is consistent with the group's desire to expand into physical distribution and accelerate the development of its own brands.

Antoine Metzger (HEC, 77) has a dual expertise in distribution and distance selling. He was Chief Financial Officer for La Redoute for six years and Secretary-General of the Redcats group for eight years. Antoine Metzger was the Chief Executive Officer for Vivarte (Minelli, André, La Halle etc..) from 2000 to 2012 and contributed to the expansion of the group. Antoine Metzger is also an independent Director for Darty Plc and Gerard Darel.
