Edition Sportiva: All Change at the "Wiesnzelt" at Stiglmaierplatz - New Partnership, New Design and New Image

Following the spectacular gastronomic transformation of the Löwenbräukeller, this year event expert Philip Greffenius is opening the "Wiesnzelt" at Stiglmaierplatz, which has now been going for 11 years. He will be working together with the owners, Eduard Reinbold and family, and proprietor Ludwig Reinbold. They are embarking on their first year of collaboration with a new design and an exclusive concept idea. "Everything will be different", claims Ludwig Reinbold. "Younger, more exciting, cooler and 'the place to be' during Oktoberfest - whether you are in the Festsaal (festival hall) or clubbing. The "Wiesnzelt" is set to become a real jewel". "We intend to introduce an unique concept in our premises for the Oktoberfest. The Festsaal will continue to offer traditional entertainment, while the Turmstueberl, the Bennosaal and the terraces will be totally transformed to create a casual and impressive clubbing scene exclusively for the Oktoberfest", says Philip Greffenius.

From 21st September to 6th October 2018 the "Wiesnzelt" at Stiglmaierplatz will be open from 6.30 p.m., offering authentic Oktoberfest atmosphere with all the trimmings. The musical entertainment will once again be provided by the legendary cult band "Bergluft" with singer Tobi Schwarz-Gewallig. When the lights gradually start to dim down the Oktoberfest grounds, from 10 p.m. the "Wiesnzelt Clubbing" really starts to get going. Divided into 3 areas, the programme includes hot beats from DJ Giulia Siegel. Guests can dance, party and flirt into the wee small hours of the morning here - with no curfew!

The highlight: Impatient Oktoberfest party-goers can enjoy the first beer on the evening before everyone else, at the so-called "Early start" on Friday, 21 September from 6.30 p.m.

Also suitable for large groups! For those who wish to enjoy an exclusive evening, there is a VIP Clubbing Package with a private lounge, personal VIP service and a drinks package.
