Personal exhibition of Antonio Tamburro

Rome, 05/03/2012 (informazione.it - comunicati stampa - arte e cultura) 6° Senso Art Gallery is pleased to invite you to the opening of the personal exhibition by the Master Antonio Tamburro - The poetry of everyday life, on Thursday, 15 March 2012 at 19.00. After the success of the public exhibition - The painting of Antonio Tamburrobetween past and present, held at the centre chamber of Galeazzo Alessi of Perugia, from 3 to 29 February 2012, in which thirty five artworks that covered the entire artistic career of the Master, from the 80s until 2003, up to the most recent paintings were exposed; 6° Senso Art Gallery presents in this new exhibition more than twenty paintings of his latest production ranging from paintings with the women in the cafes, the crowds with their umbrellas, from the metropolitan scenes, up to the themes of Jazz and the city traffic. In Antonio Tamburro’s paintings, the colours become emotions. These are revitalized by the dynamism of the figurative lines. The emotion leaves the "transparency" of colour merely seen, because it is able to get us involved in this. In his paintings he does not represent a constructed and illusionary reality but a reality that narrates the everyday life in a simply and poetic way.
